PCBA Process Consultancy

Our Consultant has been in the OEM, EMS & ODM PCBA Manufacturing industries from the SMT to the box build facility for more than 20 years and have visited many manufacturing sites round the world to witness the various methods of manufacturing and its best and sometimes worst practices. He implemented the CFC process conversion to CFC-free production and move towards implementation of the next cleaning process and subsequently to the non-clean process method of manufacturing the PCBA for the end-users.

He has done technology presentations to customers to application process engineers in Philippines and also top notch design engineers in the Silicon Valley in USA in the field of DFM analysis and recommendations.

He currently owns a tooling fabrication house supporting the PCBA industries to provide the necessary tooling and fixtures (including wave and smt pallets) to OEM, EMS and ODM companies.

In consolidating its knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, he has dedicated his time now to help those in needs of process manufacturing to overcome their daily problems and device structural problem solving techniques using the most basic technical solutions.
